1. Information Processing for VRTECH JSC Services:
At the heart of personal data protection in regards to our services is the principle of data minimisation. We only collect data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed. The following subsections explain what data is processed in relation to our services.
User Data:
User Data consists of Account Data and Usage Data. User Data is exchanged between our applications running on the user's device and our servers (if available) . User data is transmitted via the internet using encrypted HTTPS requests from client to server. We process and persist User Data to be able to create a continuous experience across multiple sessions and devices for our users. In order to be able to create this type of continuous experience, we require every user to give consent for processing their data before we allow access to our services.
Account Data contains user credentials, user preferences, and a list of user contacts from the platform from which our application was obtained. User credentials identify the user's account in the store platform and allow our server to identify an account when accessing from a new device or after reinstalling. This allows access from multiple devices. Preferences allow the user to continue using services on another device or after reinstallation without losing settings. Contacts make it possible for our services to identify the user's contacts and facilitate communication.
Usage Data includes analytics and performance tracking to help us improve our services. Most Usage Data is sent directly from the application client to the server after usage, while some analytics are generated on the server.
Examples of Information Contained in Account Data:
- User ID that is allocated by us and uniquely identifies the user account.
- Name chosen by the user.
- Country selected by the user.
- Avatar preferences.
- Platform-specific identifiers such as Steam or Meta User ID Hashes.
- List of contacts.
- Application version history.
- Selected preferences.
Online Service Data :
Online Service allows users to interact and engage with our applications via the internet and our servers. Online Service Data includes real-time data such as current activity, application states, and interactions with other users. Online Service Data is not saved to long-term storage.
Voice Chat Data :
Voice Chat is a feature that allows users to communicate naturally while using online services. Voice data consists of voice-over-IP data packets sent from the application client to our server and then relayed to recipients. Voice chat data is not saved to long-term storage.
2. Information Usage:
We use information for the following purposes:
- To create a high-quality user experience across many sessions and devices.
- To identify and fix issues with our services.
- To monitor the usage of our services.
- To derive useful information concerning the interests of our users.
- To improve our services.
3. Information Sharing :
Personally Identifiable Information
We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties with the exception of when we are required to do so to comply with the law.
Aggregated Reports
We may share aggregated reports of usage with third parties. Aggregated usage reports cannot be used to identify individual users.

We cooperate with government, law enforcement officials, and private parties as required to comply with the law.

The information may be located at, transferred to, and processed in the United States of America or the European Union.
6. Data Removal Request :
Our applications have built-in support for the removal of user accounts and all related data. This functionality can be accessed through the application settings. Users can also request the removal of their information by contacting our support email address info@vrtech.com.vn.
7. Data Retention :
User data is removed automatically after 2 years of inactivity.
